Microsoft Evangelist Now Claim Current Windows Phone Devices Will Get Apollo

Yesterday we informed that current of Windows Phone devices would not receive the major upgrade to Windows Phone 8 “Apollo.”

Now Nuno Silva has issued a retraction on MSDN Blogs, suggesting that he was really talking to the fact that current Windows Phone applications on the Marketplace will run on the next version of Windows Phone.

Microsoft should be unveiling details on the Windows Phone 8 upgrade over the next few months.
